We bought the Milk Street Baby Relic Collection (crib, dresser, bookcase, and conversion kit) for our son, and I can confidently say this furniture is exceptional quality. It has gone from crib to toddler bed to full adult bed and has survived two moves including one across the country with zero damage. The craftsmanship is top notch and the wood feels solid and built to last. For comparison, we purchased a Babyletto crib, dresser, and bookcase for our daughter, and unfortunately, the difference is night and day. Not only did the Babyletto set not survive the move without damage, but the overall build quality does not even come close to Milk Street Baby despite being in a similar price range. We are now planning to resell the Babyletto set for pennies on the dollar and upgrade her entire room to a Milk Street Baby collection. When it comes to design, durability, and craftsmanship, this brand simply cannot be beat. In addition, their customer service is 5-stars! Julie and team have been amazing to work with.

I purchased two of these cute little rockers for tots. LOVE them! They are so stinking adorable! Whether my grandchildren sit in them and rock or not, they make adorable decor statements. You can’t go wrong with these cute, cute, cute rockers! And… the customer service is amazing. Very impressed. Highly recommend this company.

Purchased a transitional kit and it was stolen. Milk Street said they would get back to me after contacting the delivery service. No product and no refund. There is no way Milk Street didn't insure this product. $300 and no bed . Never again

We purchased the Relic set and are absolutely in love with it. We ordered from a third party and when we received opened up the crib we were missing the piece for the mattress along with the assembly instructions for the crib. One of our drawers wouldn't close all the way either. This was on a Sunday and I called and left a message Monday morning. By the afternoon I had received a phone call from Julie. I explained our situation and she was more than willing to help. She was super apologetic and let me know that she would get the missing pieces out to us ASAP. By Wednesday we had received everything and was able to finish setting up the nursery. Thank you Julie again.

We love the quality and unique look. We ordered some items directly from Milk Street and others from a third party vendor. The items from Milk Street arrived really quickly and the customer service was phenomenal. We were missing one screw and a quick call to Julie and they were quick to resolve it. It was like talking to an old friend and that we were their most important customer. Everything looks as good in person as it does in the photos and feels really solid. The only thing we would do differently is order everything through Milk Street instead of a third party vendor.

I purchased the True Collection crib and dresser. They are absolutely beautiful in my son's room. The customer service with Milk Street is top notch! I purchased the crib and dresser through a third party/baby store chain. Big mistake. I experienced multiple frustrations with the stores's customer service and delivery service. I reached out Milk Street and they assisted in ensuring that the items purchased were delivered and in excellent condition. My only regret is not purchasing directly from Milk Street. I've received many compliments on the furniture and I tell my friends and family that they can not only purchase beautiful nursery furniture from Milk Street but can also expect excellent customer service. I will most certanily purchase from Milk Street again!
