Great! Our items were early
Great! Our items were early too! To bad that a few of our 2 disc chubby jewel cases were cracked. That happens a lot when I buy in bulk(large amount of an item).

I use Polyline for all
I use Polyline for all my recording supplies. They are always accurate and ship immediately which is really important to me. They always keep me updated on progress of my order. Nancy Creager

Not very happy
I have been buying from Polyline for years going back to when it was Tape Resources. My last two purchasing experiences were less than adequate. The only reason I give it one star is because I was unable to give is ZERO stars. Each of the last two times I have ordered from Polyline, my main purchase was back-ordered. The first time my order was back-ordered, I was not even notified that it would be back-ordered. I had to call to find out where my purchase was and THAT was when I learned about the back-order. This time, I knew it was going to be back-ordered when I completed the order but I received NO information about when the back-order might be completed. I had purchased a couple other items at the same time. Three weeks later, I went back to check on my order and was told that for whatever reason, my order had never been processed. To their credit, that portion of my order was immediately processed and I have now received those other items. However, I am STILL awaiting notification of when my back-ordered item will be shipped. It seems to me that Polyline and FilmTools are now under the same umbrella (which is great) but they are not communicating well with one another. So two brands that I used to consider as quite responsive and easy to work with have become ineffective and I am searching for another company to supply my needs. Granted, I am not a huge buyer. If I were, I would expect much better service but my guess is that since I am a little vendor, I don't really matter to Polyline anymore. It's unfortunate that you have decided to not care about your smaller end customers but I see no other reason for your lack of follow-through or your lack of ANY efforts to make adjustments to orders due to you delivery failures that are made even worse by your lack of concern. I used to recommend my colleagues to Polyline but Polyline has ruined for me the reputation that it inherited from Tape Resources.

I think my product was shipped from another facility not where it usually comes from. The problem was resolved but it took extra time on my part to complete the resolution because there was time to talk with a representative & follow up & then package the return - time I really didn’t have. Hopefully this will be the only time this ever happens. Thanks!

website is aggravating and not
website is aggravating and not the easiest to navigate, stock is marginal and usually backordered. customer service is mostly friendly and helpful. Our company has been a long time customer but have lately wondered why, will probably be looking for alternatives.

Good Inventory
You have most of what I need for audio/video production, and it's fairly easy to place orders over the internet. The website can be hard to navigate and find exactly what I need, even if I've ordered it before. Not as much is available locally (Morton Grove) as before the merger with FilmTools.
