Special Thanks to Louise . Amazing Customer Service !They Kindly provided me with a replacement wig while i waited for my original order and even helped me over the phone to choose a complimentary wig . I truly appreciate their kindness ,support and effort they have taken . No doubt an excellent service and trusted brand . Highly recommended . I never wrote a review for anything in the past but this is worth mentioning . Louise you are amazing and best at customer service . I Wish you and your company all the very best for future .

Somewhat helpful however no apologies given regarding only receiving one item which looked nothing like the photo. . . only a standard email about how to process a return

I love mine it’s looks so natural highly recommend 😍
