I’ve been using medpeel products for at least 10 years since introduced by my aesthetician, and even when I have strayed and tried other products I come right back because their products work. My recent purchase of 10% salicylic acid works wonderfully as an every other day treatment or as necessary, my skin look and feels fresh each time I use it.

I've been trying for about 2 weeks now to get in touch with someone to let them know the USPS lost my delivery, and said the package was insured, so I should be able to receive a replacement order. I've been trying to do that for 2 weeks, by email and phone, to no avail. No one has returned any of my messages yet. Customer service is nonexistent.

I’ve been using the Hydra-Plump Hyaluronic Serum 2. 5% during my post-peel recovery, and it has been a standout product. I have done 2 treatments of the 10% TCA for my neck, face and elbow regions. I had mild flaking and tightening of the skin. It took about 5 days for my skin to adjust each time. I'm excited to see the results from successive treatments. I like that this isn't too intensive and allows my skin to recover quickly.

I followed the directions carefully, applying the solution for 7 minutes during the first treatment and then again 7 days later for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I have not experienced any peeling or visible improvement after either use. I also noticed that the glycolic acid solution was unusually thick and difficult to dispense from the bottle, and the same issue occurred with the hyaluronic acid. This raised concerns about the product’s quality. For reference, the batch numbers are: Glycolic Acid: #5048202 Hyaluronic Acid: #5050684 Based on my experience, this batch may be old or has potentially lost its potency. I have used TCA 20% products in the past with expected results, so this outcome was disappointing.
