OK, there are very few options when the machine malfunctions. This means sending it back to Medacube. The warranty is good protection against the unexpected. The warranty has saved me money. When getting this thing is fixed. It rarely breaks But when it does, you realize why you bought it in the first place. Medacube honors the warranty. No questions asked. They are quick to respond.
