I have waited almost three years to write this review and I wanted to be accurate. I have a good report. My husband was having to sleep on the couch for various parts that hurt (he has a dense body mass and is at 6' and 208 pounds, for the context of this review). We had tried different memory foams that worked for a few months and then were disappointing. A engineering friend told us we needed to pay more attention to the number of pounds than the number of inches tall of the memory foam - we needed 4 lb memory foam. Well, why not try it. This mattresstopper cost almost the same as the lower quality ones offered many places. We have used it almost 3 years now, and it has not only held up well, but solved the problem we hoped it would solve with body support. It worked, and it has kept working. That is really kind of amazing to me in this world of disposable purchases. I'm chagrined that I forgot to write this review at the two year mark, which is when I meant to do it. I found this review form because I was checking my email so that I could find the company to order one for my mother and my grandmother (yes, and she is 100) to use in their homes, and ourselves to use for camping. I also want to say that it is really nice - really nice - to know that some quality things are still made. It was a delight to get to write this review.
