We had a 5C glass/LCD fixed, the a week later it the screen popped out and cracked. They blamed it on us and they would not fix it. I guess the warranty and the integrity of the workmanship don't count. Very dissatisfied customer.

My phone was fried and I wasn't up for an upgrade from my provider for 6 months. The guys at the provider stores said that I really just needed a new phone and that it would cost just as much as a new phone to get it fixed. I took my Android phone to Tech heroes and they where able to fix my phone as good as new for only 80 bucks. They saved me at least 400 dollars. The guy at Tech Heroes told me how much it was going to be and had my phone fixed for me THAT DAY. Great friendly service, excellent work.

Although I didn't purchace anything they were very helpful by being honest and telling me all of my options. I would recommend tech heroes fast and quality service. They're the best phone repair place I've every been to with great employees!
