I tried 30 days before UTMB and usually when I start taper and travel I get sick , this time with high travel stress body was super healthy ! Plus I train after work around 2-3 pm and usually around 11 am I always feel tired , low energy, sleepy when I started taking this product - energy increased , I didn’t feel tired anymore during the day .

The product is amazing, I no longer have any GI issues while running and I feel like my recovery between training sessions has improved greatly.
