Very soft plush and comfortable mattress!

Ordered the plush, amazing bed, family members raved and want to order as well, but just a bit to soft for me, not the beds fault my bad backs fault. Emailed to move up to firm, received an immediate response that they are shipping out and once received email back to schedule pickup of the current. Absolutely great service. I know the firm for me will be perfect. The quality of the bed is fantastic, now the service is just as high quality, don't fear the contact by email, my experience has been top notch. Go for it!
