A+++ Customer Service
We have been ordering from Lobstergram for years, partially the Giant Lobster Tails. We have never been disappointed with their product until this year. We ordered 4 lobster tails that I prepared for Christmas dinner and they were FABULOUS!!! I kept one tail in the freezer and decided to cook it last week. We were rather disappointed because it basically was all shell. I contacted Lobstergram Customer Service by email and they couldn’t have been more accommodating!!!! They replaced the tail with 2 12 ounce tails that we received today !!! Do not hesitate to use this company. They stand by their products 100% !!!! Thank you again, Lobstergram !!!! Karen Velitskakis
