Taking this course with Lisa reinforced the need and benefit for yoga instructors to be trauma-aware, trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive. There is so much relevant content in this course that I wish I had years ago. It's our duty to hold space when we teach; you'll learn this with Lisa. I've already incorporated changes into some of my cue-ing and now have a heightened awareness about trauma. This was one of the best courses I've taken!
