3. 5 / 5 … great but wish for some changes I’m glad I bought this desk. It’s good quality with a well sized work space and relatively quick to fold down. You do need to twist a knob to loosen the mechanism that folds it flat, and then twist again to lock the fold, more than I expected to have to do but it is still very easy. Everything moves smoothly and the angle and height are an easy push release. Two changes I wish for: - it does not go low enough for working from a couch or arm chair in an ideal position. Needs to lower just like, around 5 more inches or so. - wheels, they are smooth but maneuverability of the desk is not as easy as it should be. I find I need to tilt the desk onto the wheels to get it to move forward or backward, so if I have things on the surface as want to push the desk away to get up it’s precarious. And more frustrating is that I cannot push the desk side to side, I have to pick it up to move it in that way. This is a big let down. But overall the desk is still great.

It didn't take long to get here.

The desk itself I can only give 4 stars because even though it's a beautiful desk from the structure, the top board has quite a few scratches and a corner was damaged, on both of the desks shipped to me -- that can't be an accident. Also, the surface of the table can be easily damaged by any hot coffee mugs you put on it. Learned it the hard way. Make sure to use a thick coaster to prevent leaving a mark on the desk from your hot drinks. The customer service is amazing! Quick response, quick solution provided. Overall, I like my desk and I recommend to anyone who like the 4-legged style of a standing table.
