I could not wait for the launch of these products, already having my eye on a set of free weights. This set replaces my mix-matched collection of gear and was essentially my gateway into the Lifted Movement brand. I was blown away at just how stunning these pieces are. Gorgeous, neutral-yet-chic pieces. It’s perfect for my Pilates, Barre and resistance training. The fabric bands are great for my glute workouts and the hands weights and rubber bands are the best for my full body routines. If knew it was a not a question of “if”, but a matter of “when” I would complete my set. So I immediately ordered the 3lb hand weights to build upon this set and ordered 3 sets of free weights. These definitely won’t be stashed in a closet or under the bed out of sight, they are just that beautiful.
