I Ordered The Cambodian Deep Wave Hair. If You Look At The Display Photo For The Hair, You Will See The Hair Is Beautiful and Curly, But When I Received My Bundle The Hair Was Straight. I Reached Out To The Merchant About The Hair And Told Her I Think I Recieved The Wrong Bundle Because The Hair Was Not Curly AT ALL.!! She Replied I Received The Right Hair And Raw Hair Is Not Uniformed. I Understand Raw Hair Is Not Uniformed, But The Bundle Had NO Type Of Curls. She Told Me To Co-wash The Hair To Achieve The Curls And If I Don’t Co-wash It That I could Send It Back. I’ve Never Heard of Co-Washing Hair To Achieve The Look. Once I Told Her That I Shouldn’t Have To Wash It In Order to Achieve The Curls, She Told Me That I’ve Never Had Raw Hair Before And I Must Be Use To The Hair Chinese People Sell. After That I Was Done. I Asked For A Refund. She Said No Due To Policy. I Just Sent The Hair Back. True Enough, I’ve Never Had Raw Hair Before So I Watched YouTube Videos And ALL Of The Bundles Were Curly.
