I wrote a bad review but unable to do addendum so here it is... Finally got a call back (phone number not on mobile site but full site) from customer service and got explanation. Was given a discount and now order is on it's way. I do like the clothes but felt the customer service was shotty but today's interaction went well so will give them credit for that, overall, I feel satisfied.

Horrible! I spent over $200 online for clothes, paid extra for 3 day shipping and did not get my order timely, as a matter of fact, it is business day 5 and still I have not gotten my order. I tried to contact customer service but there is only a email, no phone number. I sent 2 emails and no response. I tried to cancel the order online but am not able. It stills says my order is processing after 5 days. I am trying to get a refund but still have not gotten a response from customer service.
