As a new mom, I was excited to try these diapers. However, the size chart on the website not the actual size of the diapers. My baby is 18 pounds and the size chart says that a size 4 is for 18 to 26 pounds BUT the diapers that I received in the mail were a size 4 for 22 to 37 pounds. These diapers were way too big for my baby. And the worse part is that I live in Florida and we are currently preparing for a Tropical storm. As a new mom, I did not want to go out in the bad weather to get diapers that fit for my baby. I’m very disappointed.

Love the wipes but this company’s stocking issue is a huge problem for both diapers and wipes. They end up being sold out for weeks and me having to resort to different brands.

The diapers are great. Really good quality, thick cotton and holds a lot. My baby has very sensitive skin is Kudos was the best diaper on the market for him. However, I do not like the subscription system. Sometimes you don't need a whole box of that one size and there's not an option to do half & half, more often than not they didn't have the size I needed available when it was time for the shipping and also you can't change the date of the shipping, you can only either do it or skip it for the next month, which is crazy. Good product but bad system.

I love the kudos diapers product. They were listed as my preferred diaper for my baby shower. I got several packs of size 1 and size 2 . Son born July shower was in May. My son outgrew size 1 quickly and we were left with 5 unopened bags and it’s ag isn’t their policy to exchange past 45 days from purchase. My son wasn’t even born 45 days from purchasing so over 200 diapers to donate when I still need other sizes. My son is 3 months old just disappointing but good product

This company has absolutely great customer service!!!! They were a pleasure to work with and made returns super easy!! When it comes to the product I love the patterns and the make/material of the diaper, it feels soft and more like clothing than normal plastic diaper material, but I don’t love the fit. My son is a size 2 In All diapers (and I have tried many different types) .. sometimes I find the kudos diapers fall down his back no matter how I fasten the diaper!

While we like the way the diapers are developed and manufactured, the user experience on the website and correspondence is very time consuming and frustrating. We’ve also been shipped the wrong diaper size 3 months in a row, have had shipping delays two other times due to diapers being out of stock and have to go buy diapers from the store more times than not over the past 8 months. The operating systems of this company may be the downfall, as the product is great, but the experience of having a subscription to make life easier is just the opposite and takes more time and effort than it’s worth in the end. Sadly having to end our subscription until there are vast improvements in the way the website is improved for better user experience and have smoother operation of subscription services

The ad promised free two day delivery but the diaper delivery took close to a week - too late for my niece's gender reveal.

Wish I could even leave a review on these diapers, but sadly it's been over TWO WEEKS since placing my $113 order and still no diapers and no tracking available. For a company who is catering to parents who need diapers in a timely fashion (for obvious reasons) their fulfillment model is absolutely terrible. Don't purchase these diapers if you need diapers within weeks, you likely will be buying other brands just waiting for your order to arrive.

We simply love these Kudos 100% breathable cotton diapers! As a mom, I like to raise my daughters close to nature and that is why I decided to try Kudos diapers. We are so happy with the results: super soft on the skin, no leakage, no rashes, and a guilt-free feeling that my little one is not wrapped in some plastic 24/7. The natural cotton fibers in breathable soft cotton cloth makes Kudos a quality diaper. So natural and so gentle for my little one! The best thing is that my little princess has been asking to dress her in “ABCD triangle rectangle pi square diapers.” :-)

I used to feel so much mommy guilt whenever my baby girl had diaper rash - feeling horrible that I wasn't properly taking care of her. I tried everything - special cream, other "natural" diapers, but diaper rash would always come back. So when I saw the "no more diaper rash" claim by Kudos, of course I was skeptical. I tried Kudos diapers for 10 days, and she didn't have diaper rash or a single blow out - this stuff works!! Now that I've seen the result of 100% breathable cotton, I'm permanently switching from Bambo to Kudos. If your baby (and you emotionally!) suffers from diaper rash, I highly recommend Kudos.
