Barely a one star The sizing chart provided , and measurements made , did not ensure a dress that fitted , it was way bigger than the chart indicated . And I was refused an exchange for a size 12, eve after explaining , and they still have size 12s in stock . Very poor and unfair customer service .

From the image I’d recently seen in a magazine the klips look a nice smallish compact size. I ordered 3. Although a nicely made item I am so disappointed with the klips as they are huge and unsuitable for my fine hair. I emailed a request to return them for a refund but was told it was outside of the return policy and timeframe. I could not find any mention of this item being ‘outside of their return policy’ on the website and I did acknowledge my email requesting a refund was sent 8 business days from receipt of klips as they were delivered while I was away. A disappointing and expensive experience.

Love the soft orange, the fabric quality and the styling of the Agave Roses Tee. I am wearing it all the time.
