I bought personalized hoop earrings, super cute but the claps on one does not close so the earring keeps falling out. The necklace I bought has started to tarnish and the stem on the back of the gold hoops I bought bend easily.

I ordered this necklace due to the Instagram influencers raving about it. I love the pendant! It's SUPER pretty! The chain on the other hand is not so great quality. First one I bought snapped in half. I ordered just the chain the second time because, stuff happens, and it grabs my hair and pulls it out. Every time I wear it it pulls out the hairs on the back of my head. I have to tear it out and pull all the hair off the chain. I am probably going to have to wear it with a different chain. It's super annoying. I will say, customer service is really great. I had ordered it and forgot to put the discount code in, they fixed it for me right away. Like I said, I love the pendant, just can't stand the chain it comes with. WILL order again, just maybe not a necklace.

I am impressed with the products and jewelry, but even more so with the customer service. I recently ordered and unfortunately the packaged was lost or stolen. I reached out to them and they sent a replacement no questions asked. Within a couple of days I had my replacement. I already like to support small businesses, but this made me want to support them even more. Quality company with quality products and quality service. They will definitely be getting more of my business.

I all around just love this company. I have ordered from them multiple times and have never been disappointed in quality. The price point on everything is fair especially for the quality. HOWEVER, the biggest thing I can rave about is the customer service. They are very upfront right from when you order what they're turn around time for shipping. Not only that the one and only time I received something broken they immediately (and by immediately within hours) answered my email and sent me a replacement. I received the replacement maybe 4 days later. I was astonished at how quickly they responded and how quickly they sent me a replacement. You don't get that kind of customer service with a lot of places these days. I just recently ordered from them again and when it went a little longer than normal for getting an update on shipping I emailed them again. And yes, I did know there was a pandemic going on and assumed there were delays due to that but figured I would check in just in case. They answered my email in minutes, MINUTES! They reassured everything was still coming just delayed due to COVID which again I assumed. Long and short of it you are not going to find better company for quality and customer service. I still praise about them daily and highly recommend them to anybody.
