I love the personalised service and my new shoes were beautifully presented.

The shoes arrived promptly and Katrina followed up with an email soon after asking if the shoes fitted well. The after sales contact was very much appreciated as I was a little concerned about the size. Further emails followed to make sure I was happy. To me this indicates pride in their product which is very reassuring when buying online.
