Products are stunning, well priced and are extremely well made. Communication is severely lacking. I will be ordering again as you did come good in the end and delivered the product which we ADORE, but if it's not going to be delivered when you said it would be then just please be honest and tell me, it wouldn't be a big deal if I knew about it.

Absolutely shocking Never ever buy from this company My son ordered a sword on the 3 September for his birthday as a treat as he has spent most of the last two years in hospital recovering from cancer After contacting @alex many times and only receiving one response to say @alex was away and would contact me on his return which he never did Now I need to contact my sons bank to get a refund Avoid this company like the plague Unfortunately I can not give a negative star

Ordered from this company in August was given an October delivery date, October arrives and now I’m told “via” email that it will not be here until November. there is no way to actually speak to anyone from this company “which is a little concerning” I will wait until November if I have not received my item, I will be forced to reclaim payment from my credit card Company.

Worse service i have ever had to endure, terrible response time with poor attitude when they do, waited over a month for goods that i was told had been sent out at two separate occasions but hadnt been sent at all!! Then told they sent the wrong size hakama. dont use these people, go somewhere else. i honestly wish i had never ever placed my order with these people. , im still waiting for my items and raised a claim with paypal,

A very satisfying purchase. A very well made product worth the wait. I love the little decorative flourishes of sea motifs such as the wave patterns on the tsuba and yhe sea shell menuki. The blade itself is very thick and heavy with a point of balance about four inches after the tsuba. A big blade made for serious tameshigiri. Not a thin iaito, more of a battlefield katana. Most pleasingly the hamon (suguha style) is spectral and genuine. Will be buying from Katana Mart and Yari No Hanzo in the future.

Received the sword I ordered, although there was a slight delay with delivery it was well worth the wait, excellent quality, beautiful craftsmanship

I placed an order on 22/6/21, and received a confirmation of the order immediatly, then nothing! No tracking, no expected date of delivery? I registered with Katanamat to make an account, thinking that might help me get more information... all I found was the invoice and receipt of payment? As time went on and no communicatio regarding delivery had been received, I checked out the Company in case I had been scammed. They appeared to be legitimate, so I checked the website and found an email for Alex in UK customer services, and contacted him on 11/7/21 He responded straight away and sent me a link to re order the product that I had already purchased? I emailed him back and explained that I had already made the purchase and just wanted to know when to exxpect delivery. He replied stating that delivery would not be until the end of August as the product was out of stock ( no one told me that when I placed the order?) and asked was I prepared to wait. I informed him that I would. I did not receive any further communication from Katanamart. By the 1st September 2021, I still had not received the order and contacted Alex again. He replied promptly and advised me that the order had been shipped, he added a link that informed me that the order had been shipped on27/8/21 - no details were given regarding expected date of delivery or means to track the delivery. The product arrived on 4/9/21 without any prior email texts or correspondance from Katanamart or the delivery company (Yodel)! The 5 Stars are for the product - it was amazing, well crafted, beautiful scabard - loved it! The 1 star is for the Customer service! Would I use this Company again - difficult? Perfect product, well worth the wait. Stress factor re communication and delivery very poor.
