Received quickly

When I ordered I thought it would be weeks getting here. Boy was I surprised. Hope it worked as good as the picture shows.

I was supposed to receive it October 7 but when I track it says hasn’t been picked up yet. I contacted support last week which said they would look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. That was over 3 days ago and the only contact from you has been two requests for a review. I think you need to get me my package before asking for a review. Please help.
