From day one, I have been impressed with the quality of the customer service and the quality of the clothing. I love the story of the company and how transparent they are. The website is not very user friendly and doesn't have a professional look. It the clothes are going to be in this price point then the website should reflect. The layout is confusing until you get the hang of it. Made me not want to make a purchase.
