Realice la compra el 24 de abril y en el rastreo del envío aparece que salió el 25 de abril, pero desafortunadamente quedo en HONG KONG desde el 27 de abril sin moverse. He escrito al chat de NFC y no me dieron respuesta oportuna, les escribí por el correo electrónico de NFC y tampoco respondieron, generándome y acrecentando mas la incertidumbre de su producto y empresa.
