The blood orange and new flavor strawberry are my favs. Packaging is super cute which matters to me. What I’ve noticed: regular bathroom visits, less stomach issues, hydrating regularly and enjoying it, less cramps during Shark week (lol) overall I’m in a better mood. I love it!!!!

Love Iris. It’s really been helpful in my PCOS journey and getting my cycle back on track and more manageable. Plus the flavors are great my favorite is the blood orange!

I liked each of the flavors. As long as the water isnt super cold, I had no problems with the product dissolving. In fact, just added ice after I initially dissolved in room temp water. I personally liked everything about it except there only being 15 in the pack!

2 out of the 3 flavors were great!! Not a huge fan of the Peach Prickly Pear, had a bit of an aftertaste. But the other two were great!! I’m excited to try them and see how they were long term for my PCOS!!
