This review isn't about the products--it's too soon to tell if they're effective--it's about the customer service. I never received an email letting me know my order shipped. I emailed asking if my order had shipped since the site said the order was handled. I never received a response. I clicked on the email that was sent when they received my order and finally figured out that my order had been delivered!

Im enjoying the face wash and oil. The serum is next!!

There is nothing better than clean and safe skin care products. It’s so hard to find a brand that’s cruelty free and use only safe ingredients without all those heavy chemicals. Ingredients is one of my favorite skin care products especially the serum, cleanser and body soap. The best!

Shipping was a little delayed this past time, and it was odd because tracking said it had been dropped off at a Walgreen’s drop off point (?), but it arrived well packaged as usual and there’s never been any issue with products being damaged by the elements or anything.

Customer service was absolutely amazing and I love how the products came packaged.
