Cheap product, ripped after 3 months
I really wish I could recommend this company. From the research I’d done before purchasing, they seemed to have ethical manufacturing processes and business practices. I saved up and invested in a set of the Organic Cotton Percale sheets less than 3 months ago. Everything arrived on time, and at first, we loved them! I always washed them per the instructions, cold water, delicate cycle, wash separately. And a few weeks ago after taking them out of the dryer I noticed a large rip in the fitted sheet, about the size of my hand. I tried to contact the company, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me besides providing a 15% coupon. But I can’t afford to buy another whole set of their sheets to have them rip again in less than 3 months! Beware of their claims of quality and durability. I’m out $120, and learned a hard lesson

Impossible to process a return
It is unfortunate that trying to return items is absolutely impossible. Tried calling multiple times - no answer. Used the online form - no response. I wish I would have realized this was going to be an issue before buying items that I wasn't sure would fit since I only have a few days free to get the return done. I would have just gone with Coyuchi or one of the other organic linens producers.

Don't buy - waiting 2 months for product, no response from Customer Service
I've been waiting 2 months for my product. I was told over a month ago that it'd ship within a week...but nothing. My attempts to get an order update are going unanswered. Don't fall for it, go somewhere else!!

Down comforter and pillows
For years I bought down pillows here. from sol. Last order of 2 comforters and 2 pillows smelled like pesticide. Left several messages about a return they promise. No answer back. I give them a 0 star Several people talked about not receiving there order. At least you dont have to sleep on pesticide

Excellent service and very thankful to of found this business. I am very particular about the products that we use in our home. I started doing research on organic living. We try to eat & live healthy. We invested in a new organic bed & in organic bedding such as GOTS certified sheets. We are very thankful that we did this. They are very soft and durable. I am thankful that I found this company to have such a great product. I will be buying more in the future. Keep up the great work!

I love these sheets, they are organic, dont wrinkle, and are nice and soft after the first few washes. Very reasonably priced and the only sheets I buy since discovering them
