I have paid for two devices and have not received any. I have been emailing for last four weeks no response

I ordered this product months ago, have followed up twice on email and no response. Is this a sham or poor customer service?

This brand signed a contract for a YouTube integration on my channel (with tens of thousands of followers,) paid half their invoice upon approving the video, and then completely ghosted me when it came time to pay the second half. They owe hundreds of dollars and are nowhere to be found. I’m in the middle of getting a court summons but I don’t want others to make the same mistake I did. DON’T TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I've been trying to reach a company representative for about a week regarding refunding the laser hair removal product I purchased and NO ONE responded. I'm extremely disappointed in the product and the non-existent customer service...
