My experience is always great. They ran out of a color bonnet i selected. They took the time to email me and explain and asked which color i wanted since they were out of the other. I loved it. Knowing I’m spending my money and they just didn’t send me whatever. They took the time to ask. Made me feel seen, heard and valued. I’m a forever customer 🥰
