I bought a few brushes but I would love to return some of them. I’ve been sending about four emails and no one gets in contact with me. They don’t have a clear return policy or link or anywhere to make it easy to return the brushes even if some of the brushes I kept are actually amazing and I probably want to buy more ,what puts me off is that no one can be bothered to reply to emails I want to return my brushes. I’ll probably just report this with my credit card company, as they make it impossible to return the product I shouldn’t be forced to keep the brushes if I don’t want them ,very disappointing lack of service. I don’t get this !

After 16 years in this industry I’m trying to work smarter, not harder! My Ibiza brushes have made my life SO much easier. My all time favorites for smoothing coarse fly aways with a smooth or wavy finish are the RB4 & RB5 styles. I like the B series for blowing out my bobs and I use the wise tooth comb to brush out my beach waves. Just ordered the Z5 and can’t wait to try it!
