I contacted customer service Jan. 5 about return packages I had switched, accidentally sending back to Ibex a package from another retailer. Entirely my fault, but I'm sure it's happened before. I offered to pay to receive back the other company's product. Your rep acknowledged Ibex had received it; then, over the course of 14 weeks and multiple emails, she stonewalled, dithered and "warmly" signed off on a slew of excuses for not sending it. Finally, on the 17th of March, she notified me it would cost $40 to get it back. The other company returned my Ibex sweater to me within a week, and I sent it in to Ibex. Needless to say, I'll be sure to let others know Ibex just wants you to buy $225 sweaters, then go away.
