I ordered over $1000 in product spent $350 in shipping for next day air so I would have items for my husbands bday event. After 2 days it not arriving I used every method of contact advertised to understand what was going on as my order still hadn’t even shown shipped…. I received no response until the day after my husbands bday only to be told it’s shipped and they waived my shipping fee. I said I don’t want the products I have no use now for it all since the party has passed. To that they told me I can return the products I don’t have and get a refund. I then said no I don’t have them and was informed here is a shipping label when it comes bring it to ups store and return. So if you want to be inconvenienced this is your company. Don’t waste your time
