Way bigger than I expected

My customer service rep May provided me with one of the best experiences I've had with any company. She assisted me with my order down to the last detail. For example, she clearly explained the number of packages and that they might arrive separately (last time I received a partial shipment elsewhere, I panicked, thinking I'd gotten the wrong items!). Employees like her, who go above and beyond, deserve recognition. This might not be the right place for this review, but if not, please direct it where it needs to go-May truly deserves appreciation for treating customers like family.

The quality is excellent. It feels really well-made and durable. Both my cat and I love this sofa. It's stylish, cozy, and fits perfectly into my living space.

Very comfy and easy to set up. The fabric is thick, soft, and doesn't absorb liquid easily ' we accidentally spilled some milk on it, and a quick wipe with a dry cloth was all it took, no marks left behind. The cushions are soft and firm at the same time making it very comfy. We're really happy this sofa works so well for us!

One of the boxes arrived damaged, and a couch leg was slightly cracked. But their customer service team came through - they shipped out a replacement leg right away. The couch itself is comfy. Definitely would recommend!
