I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase. The product I received differs from the one depicted in the picture. It appears I have received an item designed for soft tennis balls, which is not what I intended, as I was hoping to use it with hard tennis balls. I am quite disappointed, especially since I had sent an email to confirm the product details before making the purchase.
