Pros: It’s quiet. It’s soft. The warming feature is lovely. The buttons are easy to access. The variety of settings and combos is nice. Cons: Not very ergonomic, hard for me to hold and get where I wanted it. Not nearly powerful enough. The two features I was most looking forward to (the suction and the rotating massage) were too weak.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. No complaints.
