I love how easy it is to order my face products

Why you keep asking for my feedback, I don't know, but here we go! The way this company up and left not only their employees but charged me for a membership that was obviously shut down, is just horrible! I still had credits to use and received no notice until the day of. So unprofessional. I signed up for a membership well before they opened and stayed through all the kinks because I loved my facialist. So disheartening. .

The service and the email updates are wonderful. They help me as I continue my journey in skin care.

Crystal did a great job on my facial and in making product recommendations. I am transitioning from an esthetician that moved and it was obvious that Crystal had sent time reviewing my file and taking a genuine interest in my goals.

I always have the best time with my esthetician at the rittenhouse location. My skin has improved so much in the past few months with monthly facials ! Fair is a gem !

My skin has always been super sensitive, and I have dark spots from acne and sun exposure that I have struggled to manage. My facial at HeyDay Bethesda Row was so lovely, and I was shocked that my skin was barely red even after the extractions. All the products used are super light and great for sensitive skin- I can rest easy knowing there is finally a place for me to treat my skin to a facial that won’t upset it!!

My skin has been angry lately. Dry in some places, oily in others, congested and some eczema to top it all off. Claudia was wonderful! My skin feels and looks happy again! She made great recommendations and I wish I could’ve left with all of the products. I added gua sha which was a wonderful treat and I’m looking forward to going back next month.
