No stars! My mum ordered from you on the 17th June 2022 and it’s August 30th through TheMarket. Horrific service which has been none. Never order from them. Shouldn’t be in business. Plenty of other big and small companies in NZ that offer far better service.

sorry but i have to write this not too good experience of placing my order worth $500 of products. so i placed my online order with free delivery to my place last 4th of December 2021 and received confirmation of purchase same day as 4th of December. As days dragged on without me receiving any notification of it being sent. Finally, 21st of Tuesday 6pm i sent an email asking when i would received these. No reply on wednesday and Thursday, so 11am of 23rd of December, paid a visit of the main factory at Burnside, Chch and asked about my stuff. I was told that due to Christmas season and Covid thing that delivery might have been delayed. But around 1155am 23rd of December I received email that my order is on the way with courier tracking number. Additionally, I learned from website of the said courier through the tracking number that was provided that my order was just picked up 12:04pm 23rd of December. So i am not sure of what to make of the excuse that I was given to me this morning.
