Customer service wasn’t great. Had to constantly chase up about a fault with the furniture, and never received any progress updates even when I asked for them. Kept promising to call back but they never did. Sent out an “engineer” who was a waste of time and said the fault was natural due to the curved corner piece. Eventually got Heals to collect it and send it to manufacturer who said there was a fault. Took 6 weeks of constantly chasing them before we got it back, with slight improvement but still not perfect.

Alison at the Kingston branch was very helpful and friendly, the sofa is superb quality and the delivery was faster than advertised - very happy!
