Hello Dr. Williams, My testimony to having the hisbicus tea is, I found after drinking it on a regular bases during a two week period I notice my body felt lighter. This means for me I didn't feel pressure of squeezing of my body. You know "blood pressure"! Lol. Anyway I have shared my great results with family in hopes that they too find courage to rid themselves of their blood pressure medication. I know some folks says don't stop taking your meds until you speak to your doctor. For me, with an addition of eliminating some bad eating habits the decrease of pressure made it the BETTER to have relief. I was using Pressure Tea for approximately six or seven months. I was less tired and had a decrease in the amount of swelling in my legs.
