Ordered on the 3rd May and it is now the 26th May, and I still don't have my order. I have sent 3 emails asking about my order and have had no reply... I even tried to contact on the "chat with us" on the website, no reply... Super unhappy client!!! wont be purchasing from them again... Hopefully I actually get my products one day, but who knows!!!

Had purchased a set of Towels, Hand towels and Bath Mat previously and as I was extremely satisfied with quality and price decided to repurchase same again for second bathroom. Not disappointed again and can thorough recommend these products. Marvelous value.

First Class service I was so blown away with the quality of these towels. Thick soft luxurious thirsty cotton, feels great against the skin. Service was also amazing - missing parcel was sorted promptly and on a Saturday ! excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Limited range of colours but nice/soft and large. Hopefully they stand up to washes and don't fade off.
