I ordered two tops and a yoga bag in Aug 2026. I liked the top but they were too big for me. The zip of yoga bag was broke just to open it. Returned them for an exchange of the bag and refund for the tops. Although I felt the speed they deal with order and return was slow, I did get a replacement bag quite quickly. I didn't get the tops to be refunded tho. Sent a message via website. No response. Now it's more than a month since I placed the order, I still got no answer and no refund. Now I can see everything is on sale, probably closing down the site. Be careful if you want to place an order and think they will refund you if you return the products.
