I ORDERED SOME JUICE FROM THIS COMPANY ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. ERIC SMITH WILL NEITHER ANSWER MY REPEATED PHONE CALLS NOR MY EMAILS. I AM NOT ABLE TO GET WHAT I ORDERED OR MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE AND HIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

I wanted to update my review regarding the customer service issue. I am happy to say that it has been resolved. I received my replacement with their apologies and will continue to do business with Gruene Vapor.

I had placed an order back in the beginning of July 2014 but it arrived half empty dur to leaking in the ziplock bag. I was promised a replacement shipment but as of today I have yet to receive it let alone any response as to the status. I did place another order and I hope that they acknowledge this and credit my account. I have been ordering from Gruene for a long time and have been extremely happy in the past so I am a little confused as to what the issue is. Looking forward to a resolution....

I ordered smooth menthol ejuice in a 50 ml bottle, and received a bottle that "said" smooth, but was instead a chocolate. I could smell it, and taste it, and see that it was chocolate. I emailed Gruene Vapor, and called and left a message. Have not received a response. Since this is a $23 bottle of ejuice, I would like a replacement bottle. Too bad, because their shipping speed is exceptional, and their prices are terrific.

I had the opportunity to meet the owners and I was so pleased with the customer service and dedication to finding the best products for their customers! It really is one of the best places I have ordered from and superb juices.

I recently purchased a eGo-C from Gruene Vapor. The service was friendly, fast, and professional. Their Medium Tobacco juice is also fantastic! If you are in the market for an electronic cigarette, I can't recommend these guys more. An absolutely amazing experience!
