Great customer service. I asked for heavier weights as it comes stocked with two 10g weights. They told me the options they had and boom just what I needed. Top notch packaging. Comes in a beautiful grind works box. Two leather club covers, a fantastic bag towel and a bonus gift of a tumbler cup. Trust me I was caught by surprise when I opened up the beautiful box.

If you’re reading my review then you’re wasting time, buy them. Customer support Bar None. One of mine arrived damaged and I offered to keep it however, they insisted on sending me a new one. What kind of customer service is that? I’ll be a grindworks buyer for years to come.

I’m in love with these irons, the only negative I’d say is a personal preference (I’d like to see the eagle on the clubs), however, this doesn’t affect play so irons are stellar. I’ve never felt a club like these, pure bliss. I didnt even know I hit the ball it was so pure. Literally a hot knife through butter. I got the 4-6 CB and 7-PW blades. I ordered the clubs July 4th and they were built to my custom specs shipped beautifully and in my hands the following Monday. Took them to the range today and I’m 😍. Clubs arrived perfect, customer service is perfect and right now there’s an amazing deal happening. If you’re reading this and in need of new irons, buy them! You’ll thank me later (plus the irons get so many compliments)
