Il never shop around my local smoke shops ever again. Glasscity is the best by far! How do they stay in business man? Everything I got was just perfect and exactly what i expected from the pictures. Fast shipping, of course free shipping on orders $50,+ , like how could you buy less than 50 dollars, I just can't believe the deals are so good, it takes me forever to shop on there because I want it sll, it's hard to pic just what you need. These guys have stayed in contact with me, making sure everything went perfectly smooth and I seriously couldn't be happier.

Been shopping here for more than 10+ years now and have never had any issues. On the contrary I'm always pleasantly surprised by the items I get, the quality, the delivery time etc. and the prices are so good I pretty regularly see smoke shops in my area selling pieces I know came from here but with a 30%-50% mark up 😂 overall though I'd give it a 9/10 only because it's tedious sometimes trying to find something I like that also isn't out of stock. If you could get a bit of code to tag items once they're out of stock or temporarily remove the listing until it's restocked I'd give it a 10/10. Either way, great site, great company, great products. A+

This is a horrible comapny and should be investigated for legal dealing. Pretty sure most of it is a scam. Please go to google reviews if you want the truth. They delete any negative reviews from this site.

Delivery man lost my package and they are sending replacement with a free throw in item due to me not receiving on time.

Quick shipping, excellent packing so parts don't break. Just a little disappointed at the website. I'm a novice so don't know all the terms. If you know what you need then you will probably find it.
