They definitely stick to a glass that has condensation. They look good and are not terribly priced, but it's disappointing to see them stick when the company claims they don't. They don't even last one meal before it came up with a glass of water.

I placed an order on Dec 9th, assuming there was no possible way it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. The order didn't even leave their warehouse until Dec 20th and USPS still hasn't even received it for delivery. Now it's going to end up sitting outside my house while I'm away for Christmas and will inevitably end up going to live with a porch pirate. Thanks for literally nothing.

You're company absolutely sucks. I have had items on order for over a week and have not received them. An untold amount of emails are not responded to and I have left multiple voicemails asking for an update on the status of my order. Zero replies. I'm about to dispute my credit card charges solely based on a lack of response from anyone. Horrible customer experience thus far

The colors that are shown are not always clear. I tried to match coasters I had with more of the same color and ended up with a mismatch. That's the bad, but the good is that the customer service people made it right! They made it very easy for me to exchange for the right color!!

My original order went missing in my apartment building after it was delivered. The Graf Lantz team went to great lengths to try and track it down and ultimately shipped me a brand new order (free of charge) in order to correct the upsetting situation (when they could have easily done nothing.) Their generosity and understanding was boundless from start to finish, making me want to be a repeat customer before I even got to try their masks on. To my delight, when the masks finally arrived, I found them even more beautiful than they had appeared online. The quality is sublime and I can attest to their comfort and to the fact that my sunglasses don't fog now too! I highly recommend this brand.

I have 5 different colors of this eyeglass sleeve. All are wonderful ~ nice, thick felt to protect my glasses with a secure leather top to keep them from falling out. I highly recommend. Love ALL the wool felt items Graf Lantz makes ~ I've become a GL addict.
