Ultimately I got what I ordered, but it wasn’t very straightforward. I was ordering an extension for access to the GR8Flex app. The order went through okay but several days passed and I sent 2 emails before I had any indication that I was to receive anything. Also, the app isn’t as good as the seven day trial, which I liked very much. I am willing to concede that the problem may just be due to the app itself. Probably ordering a piece of hardware would be just fine.

Easy to order and track shipment. Box arrived damage free.

Order arrived in prefect condition. Took a few days longer than stated but I live in Tasmania, Australia and the local carrier was to blame. Easy to assemble, I did watch a video on youtube to make sure I did it correctly. Box is very heavy, I opened it at front door and moved the pieces individually to where I set it up. Love using the GR8FLEX, I'm starting slowly as I'm not very fit. The convenience of having it in my home is awesome so I can use it whenever I have a spare few minutes. Feels like its working my whole body and love the simplicity of the resistance bands. Even my husband and teen girls are using it. I would recommend.

Excellent product and service.

I bought the GR8Flex machine at the beginning of the year and love it. I use it almost every day. It is really easy to use and there are so many exercises that can be done so I can work on different parts of my body on different days. I don't usually enjoy exercising but I do with the GR8Flex and always feel great afterwards. It is a very solid machine and comes with numerous attachments, most of which I have used. The App has a lot of good videos and is easy to use. I would highly recommend it.

Shop and customer service get 5 stars. FEDEX delivery gets 1 star, only. If you get a mobile call from FEDEX, FEDEX should be mentioned at the inbound call on your mobile display. Second call was one week later. After one week the GR8Flex was in Cologne, Germany. Overall it took another 3 weeks from Cologne, Germany to Erlangen, Germany. This is bad. The delay can't be explained by customs issues, only. "Internal issues" was the delay reason most of the time according to FEDEX tracker.

Gr8flex customer care is always so acutely faultless. Excellent service from point of contact to delivery of goods. Not sure how they managed it….But I got my delivery in the UK in 4 days from point of order. That’s quite some achievement. Thank you for your continued top notch support and service. Very much appreciated.

Very fast shipping to germany!

Very good in the delivery, but didn't expect to pay the extra £62 import duty for this type of goods.
