I ordered the Electric Pink cross back romper on Friday 12/29, little did I know (not due to lack of advertising) the store was having a BOGO sale. I just was rushing trying to get a sale item before it was sold 🤷‍:female_sign:. Either way order was placed I get an immediate call telling my order was ready however it would be Tuesday 1/2 before I would have time to go pick up this item. Shamefully this was my first time shopping with them and the first time in the store. When I went in the young lady working greeted us with a smile got me my product that was being held due to my daughter needing to try it on I sized up not knowing how it would fit. The small didn’t work but the medium we ordered was perfect. While there we decided to try on a few other dresses that we liked on the website but just didn’t grab my eye enough to purchase. One of the dresses looked so good on my daughter I decided I would just purchase it as well. Like I said earlier little to my knowing Friday was a BOGO sale the young lady said no ma’am I’ll update your purchase since you didn’t pick a free item. I’m not sure where y’all shop but I guarantee Belk wouldn’t honor a sale that happened on Friday the following Tuesday that said items were picked up. That is the kind of customer service we are missing and I can’t wait to go back and shop!

I have never shopped here, but I see the commercial for this place every 5 mins on Hulu and I gotta say, the more I see it, the more it gives off weird culty vibes. Maybe y'all should hire someone with a bit of a tan, or at least a hair color other than blonde.

I just made my first purchase from Ginny Marie's and it exceeded my expectations! The shipping was so fast, it was beautifully packaged and had such a cute handwritten note! I will definitely shop from here again!

I just want to take a moment to brag on Ginny Marie's customer service. I recieved my 2nd monogram box when we got home from vacation. The contents were super cute, as always, but the monogrammed shorts were a large (I'm a small). I contacted GM'S the same day I received my shipment and without any question, they had the correct size in the mail within the day! I understand that this costs them money, considering the product has my initials stitched in it, and this is why I am applauding them. This kind of customer compassion and service gets 5 stars from me! Thanks so much for being great!!
