Love this product. Only wish there was a way to get the batteries to last longer, mine did last for more than two years. If I just want more pixie points do I just order a set? and add them all as points?

I saw the reviews banner scrolling by on the ad page for Pixie and saw some less than stellar reviews speeding by, one in particular was a 1 Star review, but when I clicked on read reviews Pixie had obviously omitted the bad reviews and cherry picked the good ones to the point of dishonestly saying there were 4 reviews which surprise surprise were 100%

Does just as advertised! Locates items quickly and greatly reduces my "get out the door" chaos with three little kids!

I have been buying Pixie units over the past 2 years and am generally happy with the product. What sets pixie apart from anyone one else is the customer service. I Used trackers from another vendor and the hassle I get with issues of their understanding the problem or getting back to me in time is. Most frustrating add to the fact that they are in the Phillipinr or elsewhere. With Pixie I get someone in the US who works even on weekends and has been outstanding And efficient . That makes all the difference especially when I am living in a far away country.

I got this because I am completely deaf in one ear and this makes me unable to determine the direction that a sound is coming from. I had another locator, but it depends on you being able to locate where the beeping is coming from, so I always had to wait until a hearing person was available to locate my keys for me. I am thrilled to have something that does not require sound at all and I can find my things all by myself! I gave the other locator to my daughter to take to college and this one is just for me! :)

I have had contact with Pixie's customer service the last week and they have been Excellent, above and beyond. The customer service was so good, I bought a second set.

Let me start by saying that I am starting to go deaf, so having a tracker that uses little beeping noises doesn't work for me. The Pixie has the ability to track by sight (using the iPhone), and that does work for me. I have purchased 8 trackers so far, and will be purchasing another 4-8 soon. I have attached them to keys, purse, wallet, jackets, glasses, and my hearing augmentation device (not a hearing aid, more like a set of wireless headphones that boost hearing). It helps to be creative in finding ways to attach the Pixie (it doesn't attach well to some surfaces), but with my hearing augmentation, for example, I attached a cord to the neck piece, and one of the Pixie fobs to the cord. In any event, my Pixies have helped me, almost every day, in locating those things that are small enough to be set down and forgotten, but important (and expensive) enough to have a heart attack when you can't find them. The one downside is that it is easy to run out of things like the key fobs, and they don't sell them anywhere. However, when that happened to me, I contacted support and they were kind enough to send me additional ones at no charge. So, highly recommended.

Great support, shipping, product and company in general. Recommend to anyone that occasionally misplace their valuables (which is everyone)!! I keep on telling my friends about Pixie, guess Im a fan ;)
