I emailed the company multiple times to check on my shipment and never heard back at all. Horrible customer service
This product was sorely misrepresented and blatantly falsely advertised. In addition to the chips and cards being of incredibly low quality: - There is not an even number of chips for each color, and not “120 chips” overall. It came out to 37, 38, and 41, for the three colors - the chips do not fit in the case once removing the heavily compressed plastic packaging around each sleeve - the cards are not waterproof as advertised. They are made out of flimsy paper and are the thinnest, cheapest playing cards I’ve ever come across - there is no “camping fact” on a single one of the cards, even though this was advertised - the case does not stay closed at all, the lid is incredibly loose and can be removed by quite literally a light breath Do not spend $40 on this, it’s not worth $4
