Ordered these large mooring whips in March for this coming spring. Went to install whips at dock. Found out that the whips are in two parts and need to be glued together with a two part expoxy resin glue that is included with the whips. Glue was missing from the package. Called Overtons several times to get replacement glue. Was ghosted by service 3 times trying to resolve this. Finally just bought my own glue. You'd think they would be interested in a customer getting all the parts for their $700 whips. We'll try another company next time.

Furrion does not stand behind their product. I had an issue with the monitor right as I pulled it out of the box (it is likely a software issue, because it won’t respond to the pairing button). Furrion told me that they would give me a part number to buy a new monitor, but that they would not help me troubleshoot operation or replace it. You cannot speak on the phone with a human and their email support will go more than a week without responding.
