Loyalty Club is not worth it.
I paid to join this loyalty club / reserve locker thinking it would pay for itself via shipping savings, and I would have a chance at a nice bottle occasionally. I think I have purchased only one bottle because I find the overall selection to be poor and the prices are too high. Even the "sale" prices are not true sales prices, and I can find the same items cheaper elsewhere. The price is shown at secondary market value and then discounted to what other stores call everyday prices. Bottles they call allocated are in some cases not truly allocated. I understand prices vary by state, but again. the selection is poor. And my biggest issue is with the reserve locker. The last three times I have logged in just before the locker was supposed to open, to find it was already open and bottles I was interested in, already sold out. Something seems very wrong with the system. Sorry, I have encountered too many set-ups where stores get the public buying from them with false marketing only to ensure their friends and themselves benefit. I think you should also post how many bottles are available of each bottle in the reserve locker. This way everyone can know what to expect. Anyway, just my 2 cents, you got my membership money for this year, but you will never get it again. Too many better run online stores with better selection, better sales, and better opportunities for members to feel their money was well spent and the opportunity to get a bottle they are looking for is actually realistic. Loyalty goes two ways and it's more than just a word. This store should do better about paying back and ensuring those members feel their money was well spent. Such a disappointment!
